Wedding in St. Regis Bali of Alex and Maia

A great couple wedding in one of the great hotel in Bali. Alex and Maia , Russian rooted who now live in Australia had a small but intimate wedding in the fancy St. Regis Bali. The shoot was started around early afternoon when Maia start doing the preparation. She looks already stunning even before the makeup and look even gorgeous afterward. Need couple of hours to have the makeup and dressing done, while the groom, Alex, still enjoying a relaxing time somewhere around the hotel. I think he was trying to get rid of the nervous. He finally back to his room after Maia finishes her preparation, so I can take some shoots during his quick preparation.
As the wedding flow started, the sun was still a little harsh but once they exchange the ring the beautiful golden light start to come. The wedding was attended by few close families of Alex and Maia. There are parent of Alex and Maia and one teenage sister. They meant to have a small but relaxing wedding day. Cake cutting and toast afterward just done outside of the chapel those are located near the beach. Even though the beach is not facing the sunset, we manage to have some sunset color on the sky. After some shoot on the beach, we were going around the hotel to have more couple photos. Many unique details of the hotel architecture help me to get some great background easily including some performance of fire dance.
The day end by wedding dinner, still in the hotel premises.
